Aiden Ingram aka Kart Number 28
Aiden Ingram or Kart Number 28 is a kart racer currently competing in 2 UK championships in the UK in the Honda GX200 category. The UK Kart Series is his most competitive championship with 2024 being his debut in this championship. He also competes in his local track’s championship, SCSS (Stretton Circuit Sprint Series) You can also see more about him on his YouTube channel.
Aiden has been karting since the summer of 2022 when he tried out a few rental kart sessions. He then bought a Paralin kart which was too small so he made the switch to Project One karts where he had many test sessions until he finally made his racing debut last year in 2023 in his local championship, he finished 6th overall and has been improving his driving ever since.
Looking to the future…
Obviously karting will still be his main interest but this is his last year in cadets so next year he is hoping to move up categories into R200 or something similar. A young driver with lots of potential, hopefully he can achieve great things in the future. Although nothing comes without a catch, Aiden still needs sponsorship to continue racing in the future.
